Pricing

Hourly Rate - Rates start at $25 per hour.  A 2 hour minimum is required and hours are billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.

Retainer Rates are offered at a discount rate.  The more hours you need, the more you save!

New client rate – Not sure?  Save 20% off the hourly rate for the first 2 hours -OR- sign a retainer and save 10% off the already discounted rate for the first 10 hours.

Rush Orders - Work requiring a 24 hour or weekend turnaround will be charged an additional 20%.

Materials will also be billed to the client.  These may include shipping costs & postage, printing, photocopies, or specialty supplies or software needed to complete job.

There may be a job that is above and beyond what Northwest Biz Assist can offer.  In that instance, they will find the right person for the job and submit a proposal to you and let you decide.

Retainer Rates

Retainer rates are offered on a monthly basis and at a minimum of 10 hours.  Hours do not rollover into the next month.

10 hours = 10% discount  ($22.50 per hour*)

20 hours = 15% discount  ($21.25 per hour*)

40+ hours = 20% discount  ($20 per hour*) 

*based off $25 per hour rate

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon receipt.  Retainer rates are paid at the beginning of the retainer period.
